It’s always been a dream of mine to publish my favorite recipes that I’ve gathered and created through the years. Friends and family have also encouraged me to write things down so that I can share. My excuse has always been that I’m too busy, and yes, for many years that really was the truth! Now however, after raising and educating my four sons through high school, I finally have the opportunity. One of the primary motivations for creating this blog is to leave a paper trail for my sons and for future generations to use as a resource, and more so, as inspiration for their own creations. And yes, it’s about sharing and learning, or as Julia might call the joy of cooking. If my blog inspires others, I would be more than thrilled. For me, it’s a dream, a goal, and certainly a challenge! It’s a work in progress.
