If you have the ingredients on hand this hummus recipe really only takes minutes to make! In the past, for the sake of convenience and time, I’ve often purchased tubs of store bought hummus. And, more often than not, it would end up in the garbage only half eaten. Well, not anymore. Now, instead of soaking beans overnight (which takes some planning), I just toss a can of beans and a handful of other ingredients into the the food processor and give it a whiz. Presto! I’ve got great tasting hummus in seconds, and at half the cost! It also pairs perfectly with my recipe for https://thorncreekcookery.com/easy-homemade-naan/
